Entry fee - may be submitted by cheque or e-transfer, after the opening date.
Entry fee AFTER CLOSING DATE is $20 per run
Same day entries (other than move-ups) are $25 per run.

If you send your entry by e-transfer, it is understood that you have accepted the terms of the waiver.
A mailed entry must include a signed waiver.
Measurement/ID cards
If you have entered any competitions with MAD, you need to fill out only the dog's name, ID number, division and jump height at this trial and the classes they are entered. Please submit ONE ENTRY PER DOG.
If you are new to MAD, you must include a copy of your measurement card with your entry.
If a dog is under 2 years old, the measurement card cannot by completed by the judge. Your dogs must be measured before the first event you have entered to ensure the dog is competing in the correct height class.
